Abstract:
Infosys Technologies is one of India's most respected
companies. In a matter of two decades, Infosys has grown from a small company,

exporters. The company has set up several dedicated offshore software
development centres to serve many global companies. Infosys has earned a strong
reputation for its principled leadership, professionalism, strong value systems
and investor friendliness. Infosys Chairman, NR Narayana Murthy is probably
India's most famous business personality and has emerged as a spokesman for
India's software industry. The case traces the growth of Infosys and the role
played by leadership and values in the company's success. |
